Saturday's "Up and Coming Artist" 2010 @broughtonstudios

This past saturday at Broughton Studios

we had our first gallery showing

"Up and Coming Artist"

a scad appreciation party

On Monday we decided to throw Broughton Studios first gallery showing. So I quickly started to get whoever wanted to get involved on board. On friday all the artist brought in their artwork and the second story of Time Machine portrait co., Broughton Studios, lit up. Broughton Studios is an open source studio that one can become a member to, in order to do studio work for photography or for painting etc. You can also use the space to host parties, events and, like this, a gallery showing. The event went well. It ran from 9pm until 12 am. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and the art especially. This was so nice that hopefully an event like this one will happen again at Broughton Studios. This is the same space Cairorama (mathieu garber) and I want to have our gallery showing at in May.
